BUSINESS HOURS:

Our business hours are Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm Central Time. After hours phone calls will be directed to a voicemail box. Your message will be addressed immediately on the next business day.

You may access our website 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

If received after 1:00 PM CST (our daily order cut-off) or on the weekend, your order will be processed on the next business day All Internet orders are processed and filled in the order they are received during our normal business hours. We respond to all email messages during normal business hours in the order that they are received.

ORDERING PROCEDURE

There are many makes and models of vehicles. Be sure you know exactly what model you are ordering parts for. You are ordering a “specific part” that cannot be returned. The part you order is being produced specifically for your make, model, year and pattern.

ORDER STATUS CHECKS:

All order items will be processed in the most efficient and timely manner possible. Orders can take up to 14 working days to complete. When your order is processed, you should receive an e-mail alert with tracking information advising that your order has shipped. We will e-mail the customer to notify if there is a delay. We e-mail tracking numbers for all products that ship from our facility. However, some items ship directly from the manufacturer. When the manufacturer provides us with a tracking number, we will e-mail it as soon as it is received. If they do not do this as part of their standard process, we do not ask them for a tracking number unless there is reason to believe that the order has been delayed.

Camo Headquarters cannot and will not be held responsible for delays beyond their control. No cancellations, refunds, exchanges or credits will be honored for any order as they are custom built items. It is the customer's responsibility at the time of ordering to obtain an estimated time of arrival. The approximate time of arrival is just that – APPROXIMATE. Camo Headquarters will not be held responsible for specific ship-to or receiving dates.

We work very hard to maintain low prices; however Camo Headquarters has no control over any unforeseen price or market changes. Camo Headquarters reserves the right to change pricing at any time without prior notice. Camo Headquarters will not be held responsible for any typographical errors on any product pricing, specifications, or services offered by any of its Internet sales-related companies.

METHODS OF SHIPPING:

All Internet orders shipped inside the continental United States of America (the 48 states) will be shipped only to a physical address and cannot be delivered to a PO BOX, FPO, or APO address. All orders require an adult signature when received regardless of its destination or method of payment. Camo Headquarters is not responsible for incorrect addresses provided on the order form. All credit and debit card information is fully verified for proper billing and cardholder information prior to shipping for security purposes.

SHIPPING RATES (48 STATES):

Qualifying Internet orders shipped inside the Continental United States of America (the 48 states) will ship free. Free shipping does not apply to items requiring a freight quote (ie tuff blinds and tuff blind accessories). If any portion of your order is back ordered, the back ordered parts will be shipped with no additional shipping charge when they become available. Camo Headquarters reserves the right to change shipping rates at any time without prior notice.

SHIPPING RATES AND METHODS (OUTSIDE 48 STATES):

Camo Headquarters will gladly ship Internet orders to anywhere in the world that Fed Ex or UPS will deliver. All Internet orders that are shipped outside the 48 states will be subject to standard Fed Ex or UPS shipping rates to your destination. Camo Headquarters will use the least expensive service available to your location. Camo Headquarters will e-mail International customers a shipping quote and will not ship orders without shipping rate approval from customer. We require international customers to fax a photo copy of your credit card and driver's license to our fax line at (877) 226-6437. On the cover page, write the CC#, expiration date, internet order number, and name/address information (both billing and shipping addresses) to ensure accuracy in our process (the numbers on the credit card are particularly difficult to read on the fax.) List the items you wish to purchase and include a signature. This may be done before or after shipping quote.

DAMAGE CLAIMS:

All products are shipped using carrier-approved packing materials and methods. Any visible or hidden damage to the package you receive should be brought to the attention of the delivery person or to the carrier immediately by calling their customer service number for claims. Make sure to get the name of the driver and have him sign off if the package is damaged. Please file claim with the carrier the same day you receive the package from the carrier. All claims for damaged merchandise must be made with the shipping carrier and not Camo Headquarters. Please keep all shipping cartons and packing materials that you received with the damaged goods so the carrier can inspect the package based on you claims. Please keep in mind that Camo Headquarters can not initiate any claims with the carrier. The customer that received the package must make the initial claim as the carrier will want to inspect the package based on your claims. Calling Camo Headquarters to initiate your claim will only serve to delay the claim process because we have no access to your damaged goods or the delivery driver information. If you need help with the carrier after you have made the initial claim with them please call us at (877) 226-6437 for assistance. Camo Headquarters is not responsible for any package damage claim made by the customer if not filed with the carrier within 24 hours of (or next business day after) delivery. It is the responsibility of the customer and not Camo Headquarters to keep all paperwork related with the claim filed by the customer.

SHIPPING ERRORS:

If a package is shipped in error, please contact us within 72 hours (or next business day) of receiving your package to arrange for a pickup and re-shipment of the correct parts with no charge for shipping. ORDERS PLACED INCORRECTLY ARE NOT AVAILABLE FOR RETURN. PLEASE CHECK YOUR VEHICLE INFORMATION BEFORE SUBMITTING YOUR ORDERS. Any package that is returned for any reason not accompanied by an RGA number will be refused. If you have any questions about your order, or if the description provided about the products is unclear, please call us at (877) 226-6437 before placing your Internet order.

CANCELLATION OF ORDER: (order which has not shipped yet)

It is the responsibility of the customer to cancel their order and it must be prior to the order being manufactured, assembled, built or shipped. If a customer cancels an order after the product has been shipped, manufactured or assembled it is subject to the RETURNING OF ORDER policy. If the order has not shipped, been manufactured or assembled a 100% refund with a $20 processing fee will apply.

RETURNING OF ORDER: (order which has shipped)

Camo Headquarters does not accept any returns after the product order has been built, assembled and or shipped. ABSOLUTELY NO RETURNS ON ANY ITEMS AS THEY ARE SPECIAL – ORDER—BUILT FOR YOUR VEHICLE IN YOUR SPECIFIED PATTERN/ BLOWOUT SPECIALS / SUPER SALE SPECIALS

ORDER SHORTAGES:

It is the sole responsibility of the customer to contact Camo Headquarters within 72 hours of delivery date to report missing parts or incomplete shipments. No claims of any kind for product shortage will be honored if filed after 72 hours of the delivery date. No exceptions will be made.

PRODUCT WARRANTIES:

All merchandise distributed by Camo Headquarters is subject to the manufacturers' warranties only (if any). Special order/Custom-made parts are sold "as is" without any type of warranty, expressed, written, implied, or assumed. It is the responsibility of the customer and not Camo Headquarters to verify product warranty (if any) information. No labor inconvenience or damage charges are included in any guarantee or warranty claims. We will gladly assist you in handling warranty claims, but reserve the right to require you to deal with the manufacturer directly. Be aware that many manufacturers' warranties cover only manufactures defects, not general wear and tear. Shipping charges to and from the manufacturer for most warranty claims are non-refundable. It is the sole responsibility of the customer, and not Camo Headquarters to retain any sales invoices to assist in processing warranty claims.

LEGALITY OF PRODUCTS SOLD:

Camo Headquarters does not guarantee the legality of any products we sell. Some parts sold by Camo Headquarters may void the warranty (if any) of the vehicle on which you are installing the parts. It is the customer's responsibility to check with local, state, federal laws, and manufacturers before ordering any products from Camo Headquarters.

Camo Headquarters strongly recommends that a trained professional install all parts. Improper installation of any part may void the warranty (if any) and cause injury.

All orders are filled in the order they are received based on the correct information provided and our ability to verify the information with the issuing bank. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to provide Camo Headquarters with accurate ordering information.
